If you are looking for any transaction or purchase history, we are happy to help. Snappy's takes our customers privacy very seriously and as such will only provide transaction information to the original customer or due to a legal subpoena as required by law.
Any requests for information can be requested in person at our Customer Service counter.
If you are unable to request your transaction history in person we would need a formal request to be submitted and signed. You will also need to provide Proof of Identity by submitting a copy of a valid (not expired) government issued photo identification. This ID must have the full legal name matching the name of the customer for which transaction is being requested.
You can use this form to submit your request and ID with digital signature online.
